Opportunities of the equipment:
A few materials in one model
- Use at once of three base materials allows to grow models in which properties of separate elements differ strongly from each other
- For example, detail with the components of different color, tough model with flexible insertions etc.
- This model turns out from one stamp cycle, without assembling and glueing
Imitation of multilayered casting:
- Using elastic material as one of base, can be received prototype models with Rubber-modified surface, receiving thereby effect of multilayered casting.
Transparent materials are accessible:
- One of unique properties of this printer is opportunity of use of transparent materia
- It allows to do the prototype models of devices with optical elements
- The stamp with a few materials will allow to create opaque models with transparent insertions.
Palette of digital materials:
- Firm software contains the set of special palettes of digital materials, where different colors are combined and properties of base polymers
- For manufacturing color models, program herself picks up the most close equivalent from accessible palettes.
Producing the silicone form according to the mastet - model
- Master model is growing on a 3D printer
- According to master- model the silicone form is done
- Binary polyurethane mixes are filled in
- On the average is possible to it to receive up to 20 castings from one form.
3D scanning and geometry control
- For specially important articles and on demand of customer it is offered after construction of the details to produce a non-destructive control of geometry of articles on 3D scanner
- Measurement 30-50 qm depends on size and geometry details
- Opportunity of return reengineering. On 3D scanner detail is scanned. On received points cloud copy of the detail with use of systems modern CAD is built
